Rare Parker Prince of Wales International Fountain Pen and Ballpoint Set

Prince of Wales Plume of Feathers Cipher to top of each pen.

Comes in a Piano lacquer box.

This Fountain Pen was made for the now King Charles III when he was the Prince of Wales, it was his personal fountain pen.

This pen was not made for the public market, so you will not find it anywhere else.

This set is made in the United Kingdom (its engraved on the pen)

Queen Elizabeth II first granted Parker a Royal Warrant in 1962 and this was

followed in 1990 by the granting of a Royal Warrant by Prince Charles, the Prince of

Wales. This has now been re-affirmed by King Charles III in May 2024. To be granted

a warrant, the recipient must be committed to the highest standards of service,

quality, excellence and craftsmanship, and have made significant supplies to the

Royal Household during the previous seven years

As holders of the Royal Warrant, Parker supplied pens to the Royal Household,

some for members of the Royal Family, some for staff and some as gifts for visiting

dignitaries.

This set was produced for the then Prince Charles (Now King Charles III)

The fountain pen differs from the production model in that it has a cartouche on the top of the caps.
