Joe Cali is a renaissance man that has done a number of things over his life, then turns his attention to pen making.

Joe utilises a number of elements in all his pens, Large bodies that tapers down to slim sections, bright colours, button filling systems and a tendency to use vintage nibs.

His clips are normally made of sterling Silver.

Unfortunately Joe Cali passed away in 2013 but his legacy still remains with us.

This particular pen is in excellent condition.

It’s more than a pen it’s a legacy of his art work.

Joe Cali’s career in the arts began as a member of the Coeties Slip Artist, a group of mostly painters on the lower east side of Manhattan who had a major influence on American painting in the 1950s.

He went on to have a long successful career in architecture with his New Yok Firm, Joseph V. Cali Associates, and pursed a life-long interest in photography as well as painting at retirement age he devoted himself to his interest in making of fountain pens.

His one of a kind writing instruments are highly sought after and have been acquired by collectors all around the world.
