The pen body has a transparent window in which you see the ink level. The window length is 10mm then allows you to see very well the inside of the body.

Another element that characterizes the Momento magico is the possibility of completely disassemble the pen body, knob, piston and feed/nib.

The cap is characterized by a central band perforated with a detail of the decorations belonging to the period known in the history of art as “geometric art” and therefore means the production of decorations of Greek civilization between 900 and 700 BC, which takes its name from term traditionally used for ceramics, production of the same period.]

All variants of the Momento are assembled with piston filling system, it is possible to disassemble the mechanism with the piston tool, sold separately, retail price Euro 30.

And the story goes on … A family tradition. Leonardo is a forge, a laboratory where experience and craftsmanship are mixed giving life to “pleasure”, the pleasure of writing. Over 45 years of experience in the field of writing instruments, handed down from father to son, from generation to generation. Leonardo Officina Italiana holds a special place in the heart of Armando Simoni Club pens, because the owners of both companies share a history and a passion for pens. In 1982 Ciro Matrone, one of the founders of the Delta pen company.  Almost 40 years later, Ciro’s son Salvatore makes the Armando Simoni Club pens in Naples, Italy – and now, he has launched his own brand: Leonardo Officina Italiana. This brand represents everything we love: handmade Italian pens, beautiful materials, great nibs, and a true passion for pens. We are happy to have Salvatore making Bespoke Pens for St Johns Pens

Positivity and desire to start with a great enthusiasm driven by passion for writing instruments and forty years of experience in creating them. A collection inspired by the Italian vintage pen styles known throughout the world, well balanced in size and in metal details.
