Mr Fultz was one of the Legend of the modern Pen community and a master of overlay.
He was a Historian and a Fountain Pen researcher, who left a lot of material for the pen community.
He was authorised by Parker to use their pens and pen parts.
He is no longer with us, but his stunning works lives on.
